Total Jiu-Jitsu is the only academy in Indiana affiliated with the Royler Gracie - David Adiv Jiu Jitsu Association (RGDA). Total Jiu-Jitsu stays true to the jiu-jitsu taught at the Gracie Humaita Academy in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Total Jiu-Jitsu offers a balanced curriculum of sport, no-gi, self defense and no-rules (vale tudo) fighting. We emphasize ground-fighting, but we also cover takedowns. In the beginning stages of your training you will learn the fundamental techniques that will eventually be your foundation for other applications such as self-defense and UFC-style fighting.
